My lily pond inspired Claude Monet series started in 2014, and this year I was happy to create this. Painting a flower like lily or lotus just refresh our mind. When the water is painted, it brings the dream into reality. Then comes the sun's reflection which energises the soul !
I was happy to create some fluorescent pinkish orange lily pads to give a slight whimsical effect.
Simple line strokes for the lily pads has given a different dimension to the artwork. The lily pads and the lilies are done with a palette knife to give an impressionistic effect.

Signed on the side and at the back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. The artwork comes on a stretched canvas with the sides painted prussian blue. It can be hanged directly or you can frame it to your requirement.
