We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom order! If you are unhappy or would like to make changes, please notify us before we ship the item. For image changes or adjustments, there is an additional some re-make fee. Please note that if you opt for a re-make, you will only receive the revised item, not both the original and the re-make. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the etching results, please contact us before we send the item.

Please ensure you send high-quality images, as screenshots have too low a resolution to etch well. All photos should be submitted through Etsy’s messaging system, not via Gmail, to ensure prompt and accurate processing of your order.
